Shipping Info + Returns + Policies


Payment options: We use Paypal and Stripe.

Shipping: All US orders can be shipped with Priority Mail 2-3 business days or First Class Mail 5-10 Business days. Choose a shipping method of your choice at checkout. 


International orders are shipped regular US parcel post. If you would like upgrade your shipping to include a tracking number, please contact us before making your purchase. 


When to Expect Your Order: Orders in the USA will typically dispatch within 1 week of purchasing. We are taking extra precautions to keep the studio as safe as possible and also carefully pack your orders. International orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive, and can sometimes take longer. 


Tax: All sales within the state of California will be subject to sales tax. 
International Order Duties + Fees: International orders may be charged duties upon being collected. Customers are responsible for any duties and fees added. 

Returns: We typically do not accept returns, as our items are made in small batches. If you need help with your order, please contact us at hi@seamripper.us


Lost or Missing Orders: If you think that your order may be lost or missing, please contact us at hi@seamripper.us
We are unable to replace orders marked "delivered" on tracking. 

We cannot refund orders and shipping costs in which duties are not paid.
